every time I come here I have the best experience - the food is very tasty and affordable (10-15 for a big meal) and I especially love the Thai milk tea drink. The staff are also very friendly and kind

Uncle Ten's Kitchen has the best Vietnamese food this side of the city hands down.Good food, good price, good people.... eat in or eat out, you just can't go wrong.Did I mention they have bubble tea.

Great banh mi with fresh ingredients, great pate and sauce. Pork was excellent. Plenty of great chilli. Bread roll crispy and soft inside. Friendly service.

I came here a few times before, and all I got whenever I had the money, I just get the lunch special and boba tea (they do have it and they’re yummy) and usually with what it costs its like no more than 20. Even though the bbq pork and maybe a couple others do cost a few dollars extra. The lady was also lovely whenever I saw her!

Delicious takeaway Asian food, good portion sizes and reasonable prices! The young lady who served me was particularly kind and took great care when packaging the food. Strongly recommend, we'll be going back regularly!

Forget going to Springvale ;) This amazing really friendly family run business that serves well priced fresh food and drinks! Auntie is also famous for her delicious Banh Mi (baguette rolls)! They have fitted out the space with comfortable chairs with table service or you can take away. You can also order online with Uber and Menulog etc..My favorite dishes are the Beef Pho home cooked style with no MSG! and lastly the Satay Chicken skewers are a winner..
